This is a terrific initiative and to be thoroughly welcomed. Mersea Island has always occupied a very special place on the East Anglian coastline, and its bustling harbour a particularly lively and active focal point of the island’s economy and well-being. I wish the project all the best and will watch its progress with great support and interest.
